The Fédération des Francophones de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador (FFTNL) welcomes you to its website. This Agreement between you and the FFTNL governs your use of the official website of the FFTNL and its content (collectively, the site). Notice regarding the confidentiality

FFTNL is committed to providing a website that respects the privacy of visitors. This page summarizes the privacy policy and practices of the FFTNL regarding the privacy of the site. FFTNL does not automatically gather your personal information, such as your name, IP number or email address. We will obtain this type of information if you supply it by sending us a message by email.

FFTNL uses software to monitor data on network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. This software receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our Web site, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. FFTNL only uses cookies when you log in to a protected site (eg., Extranet and every time you access the secure part of the site). FFTNL is a corporation incorporated under the Canadian Laws. The site is controlled and operated by the FFTNL located in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and should be considered a contract governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, regardless of principles of conflicts of law. All disputes related to the site are within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. You agree to submit to the exclusive authority of the courts of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador whose decision in any proceedings relating to the Site shall be final.


If you are a visitor to the site and you read and accept the French version of the legal notice, you acknowledge and agree that the French version of this notice prevails in the event of a discrepancy between the two versions.
