Immigration Procedures

Immigration to Newfoundland and Labrador is managed by the Federal and Provincial governments. According to each specific case, applicants submit a file under one of the following programs:



Provincial Government
(Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism)

 

 

Provincial Nominee Program :

This program is intended for newcomers who are ready to contribute immediately to the Newfoundland and Labrador economy. In order to be eligible, the applicant must have a job offer from an employer in the province. Federal Government
(Citizenship and Immigration Canada)

 

  • Skilled workers and professionals
  • Canadian Experience Class
  • Investors, entrepreneurs and self-employed
  • Family sponsorship
  • Live-in caregivers
  • Refugees
